Return process and guidelines

  • No Return: No return will be initiated if product value is upto Rs.350.
  • Wrong & Mismatch: Buyer has to raise alarm in request within 24 hours of the delivery and if the request is not raised within 24 hours of the delivery no return will be entertained.
  • Damaged & Defective: Buyer has to raise alarm in request within 24 hours of the delivery and if the request is not raised within the specified time frame no return will be entertained.
  • Does not fit & Size issue: Within 07 days buyer has to raise the return request in original conditions.
  • Didn’t order/not accepted: Within 24 hours logistic operator has to raise request.
  • Warranty /Guaranty will be as per the seller /Merchants /Manufacturer guidelines.
  • Mobile category: In case of mobile if buyer opens up the packaging and insert the sim card or seal is broken and start using and after that buyer raises the return - no return will be accepted. In case the product is brought dead, we will accept the return in 03 days.
